The Willow AZ is perfect for anyone searching for a venue with desert scenery. This venue is located deep into the desert, while being close to town in Surprise, Arizona which is a huge plus. It's known for its beautiful mountain surroundings, plus its rustic charm. The space itself includes a lawn for the ceremony space which is nice for a pop of greenery. The bridal suite is spacious and looks amazing for getting ready photos, with tons of natural lighting available. The barn used for the reception area photographs beautifully as well, especially at night where the all the lights can stand out.

Getting Ready:
First Looks:
This venue is set up to where the bridal suites have a backdoor, plus the mens' and women's suites are attached to the same building- this makes things flow easier when doing a first look, because the bride and groom can sneak to the backdoor entrance to avoid being seen by anyone when the guests begin to arrive. We had Malachi come outside first so he could be looking away from Ashton, then all Ashton had to do was take a step outside of her bridal suite. This is efficient with not having to fix her dress a lot or getting it dirty before the ceremony, then she just had to take a step back inside when the first look was finished, which was great to avoid Malachi accidentally seeing her.

Overall:
This venue was an amazing experience for myself and for the guests as well. We got some stunning photos! Since it is mostly outdoors, I would recommend booking here for wedding dates around November-April for the best weather.
